Our current focus is the introduction of new innovatively designed male and female external catheters to the acute care setting designed to minimize skin contact, preserve skin integrity, and ensure patient comfort, reliably diverting urine uni-directionally, thus significantly reducing CAUTI incidence and ensuring accurate volumes.
Approach to Healthcare
We want to service the needs of patients with pelvic health concerns using devices that are easy to use – medically approved but did what they say on the tin with a high degree of reliability, efficacy and safety. All too often the healthcare fraternity looks to pharma or surgery to solve a problem that can either be managed safely and effectively with a device, or even treated in a natural way, with-out the risk of invasive surgical procedures or the adverse side effects of medications. The technology behind material and device science evolves year on year and now more than ever there has been a recognition that devices can positively transform a patient users quality of life when utilised and customized correctly. Our mission statement is to ensure that no patient who could benefit from a device is unaware of their value, then to ensure they get optimal results by correct customization and product use training – a truly tailored patient centred approach.”

In addition to vigorous pursuit of the mission statement described above, we take enormous pride in our technical ability to explain to the lay person and clinician alike how our devices can be utilised to optimal effect (expectations matching outcomes) coupled to an excellent interactional style (beside manner). Strict adherence to the highest standards on both tenets guide our practice and have enabled the NHS to refer to us, with confidence, many ten’s of thousands of their patients for suitability assessment and technical product use training with a very high degree of short and long term success and compliance.

Our goal is ensure that every UK and Ireland clinician who is involved with incontinence management in an acute care setting is fully conversant with our relevant device solutions and confident to apply them to precisely the right set of clinical indications, achieving better patient management and reduced unwanted infection rates.
